DMCA Copyright Policy

At Styling (“Styling”, “we”, “us”, “our”), we respect the intellectual property rights of creators and expect our users to do the same. 2. Actions We May Take After Receiving a Notice
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Styling may:

Terminate accounts of repeat infringers
3. Submitting a DMCA Counter‑Notice
If you believe that your removed content is not infringing, or that you are legally permitted to use it, you may send us a DMCA Counter‑Notice including:

A statement of good‑faith belief that the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification

Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address

Any judicial district in which Styling may be found if you reside outside the U.S.

If your counter‑notice is valid, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the original copyright owner initiates legal action to prevent restoration.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Styling reserves the right to terminate user accounts or restrict access for individuals determined to be repeat copyright infringers, in accordance with the DMCA.
