DMCA Copyright Policy

At Styling (“Styling”, “we”, “us”, “our”), we respect the intellectual property rights of creators and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), this policy outlines the procedures for reporting and resolving copyright infringement claims on our website styling.mom (the “Site”).
This Policy is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on our Site infringes your copyrighted work, please submit a written DMCA Notice to our Designated Agent. Your notice must include the following:

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed

  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including the exact URL where it appears

  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf

Once a valid notice is received, we will review it promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the content.

2. Actions We May Take After Receiving a Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Styling may:

  • Remove or disable access to the reported material

  • Notify the user responsible for the content

  • Provide the user an opportunity to submit a DMCA counter‑notice

  • Terminate accounts of repeat infringers

3. Submitting a DMCA Counter‑Notice

If you believe that your removed content is not infringing, or that you are legally permitted to use it, you may send us a DMCA Counter‑Notice including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature

  2. Identification of the material removed and its previous URL/location

  3. A statement of good‑faith belief that the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification

  4. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address

  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of:

    • The Federal District Court in your U.S. district if you reside in the U.S., or

    • Any judicial district in which Styling may be found if you reside outside the U.S.

  6. A statement agreeing to accept service of process from the original complaining party

If your counter‑notice is valid, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the original copyright owner initiates legal action to prevent restoration.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Styling reserves the right to terminate user accounts or restrict access for individuals determined to be repeat copyright infringers, in accordance with the DMCA.
